Your account/profile/about information We may collect certain information of yours that you upload on the platform to complete your profile like your profile and cover picture, birth date, gender, college, current location etc. however, provision of this information is an optional feature on our Platform (“Personal Information”).
What you share, like, and comment We retain your messages, posts (like pictures/promotional materials, contact information etc.), and actions on other posts (eg: like, comments, and share) that you share in your groups.
Customer support and other Information When you contact us for customer support or otherwise communicate with us, you may provide us with information related to your use of our Services, including copies of your messages, any other information you deem helpful, and how to contact you (e.g., an email address). For example, you may send us an email with information relating to app performance or other issues. We may store such information to provide you with all the necessary Services and for our record purposes as necessitated under the Applicable Law.

We do not disclose your information and data to any third parties unless where the information is required to be shared in accordance with the law, inclusive of any investigations, court summons, orders by a competent authority, or any judicial proceedings.


You may receive third-party advertisement, links to such third-party advertisements, and third-party websites in your community groups that may be relevant to you either from the Company itself as a part of a “sponsored” service, or from the other members of the group in the forms of personal advertisements, messages, and promotions (“Third Party Interaction”). All such Third Party Interaction is not controlled by, or affiliated to, or associated with The Company unless expressly specified on the Platform.

The Company is not responsible for how you interact with these third party websites/advertisements and does not make any representations as to the privacy practices or policies of such third parties or the terms of use of such third-party websites. The Company does not control or guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, videos, messages or other materials available on such third-party websites. The inclusion or exclusion does not imply any endorsement by The Company of the third-party websites, the website's provider, or the information on the website. The information provided by you to such third-party websites shall be governed in accordance with the privacy policies of such third-party websites and it is recommended that you review the privacy policy of such third-party websites prior to interacting with them.

A Force Majeure Event shall mean any event that is beyond the reasonable control of The Company and shall include, without limitation, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorised access to computer, computer system or computer network, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption (provided beyond reasonable control of The Company), power or electricity failure or unavailability of adequate power or electricity.


We store your data for a period of 180 (One Hundred and Eighty) days after you deactivate your account on The Company or for such longer time as required by the Applicable Law or any notice by Competent Authority under Applicable Law.
