For example, you may send us an email with information relating to app performance or other issues. We do not disclose your information and data to any third parties unless where the information is required to be shared in accordance with the law, inclusive of any investigations, court summons, orders by a competent authority, or any judicial proceedings.

You may receive third-party advertisement, links to such third-party advertisements, and third-party websites in your community groups that may be relevant to you either from the Company itself as a part of a “sponsored” service, or from the other members of the group in the forms of personal advertisements, messages, and promotions (“Third Party Interaction”). All such Third Party Interaction is not controlled by, or affiliated to, or associated with The Company unless expressly specified on the Platform.
The Company is not responsible for how you interact with these third party websites/advertisements and does not make any representations as to the privacy practices or policies of such third parties or the terms of use of such third-party websites. The Company does not control or guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, videos, messages or other materials available on such third-party websites. The inclusion or exclusion does not imply any endorsement by The Company of the third-party websites, the website's provider, or the information on the website. The information provided by you to such third-party websites shall be governed in accordance with the privacy policies of such third-party websites and it is recommended that you review the privacy policy of such third-party websites prior to interacting with them.

SECURITY AND RETENTION
We strive to ensure the security of your Personal Information and to protect your Personal Information against unauthorized access or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction. We make sure that we adopt reasonable security practices and procedures as mandated under Applicable Laws for the protection of your information;
Notwithstanding anything contained in this Privacy Policy or elsewhere, we shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or misuse of your Personal Information, if such loss, damage or misuse is attributable to a Force Majeure Event (as defined below).
A Force Majeure Event shall mean any event that is beyond the reasonable control of The Company and shall include, without limitation, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorised access to computer, computer system or computer network, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption (provided beyond reasonable control of The Company), power or electricity failure or unavailability of adequate power or electricity.
HOW CAN YOU OPT-OUT COMMUNICATIONS OR DELETE YOUR INFORMATION?
We store your data for a period of 180 (One Hundred and Eighty) days after you deactivate your account on The Company or for such longer time as required by the Applicable Law or any notice by Competent Authority under Applicable Law.
